Our latest recognition is reserved for someone known across our organization for driving positive change and improving communications to create a better customer experience and company culture.
Introducing the recipient of the Q1 2023 Michael P. Duffy Leadership Award, Michelle Schmuhl.
Based in the company’s Chicago office, Michelle serves the organization’s direct-to-merchant channel as Sales Operations Manager, reporting to Jae Haas, Celero’s Direct Channel President. “During her entire career with us, Michelle has driven positive change and provided valuable organization and communications while leading sales operations for our direct channel,” explained Haas. “Our division and the company as a whole just enjoyed our finest quarter ever in sales, and that’s certainly no coincidence–Michelle’s collaborative involvement across our organization is evident. She routinely anticipates challenges and works to find resolutions before problems actually arise. She’s organized and proactive, which means she and our company can stay ahead of the game.”

As part of her quarterly Duffy Award recognition, Michelle will be invited to attend the 2023 Celero Leadership Summit in Nashville, TN.
